Call or application — which one is for you?
Book a call if you still have questions: you're weighing 1:1 coaching against a self-guided plan or the Apex app, you're not sure which tier fits your hours, or you want a coach's read on whether your goal and your timeline are compatible before you commit to anything. It's a 20-minute conversation, free, and nothing is decided at the end of it. Submit an application instead if you've already decided you want 1:1 coaching and just need to know whether there's a spot and whether I'm the right coach for your race — the application is how I screen for fit and roster capacity, it takes about four minutes, and you'll get a written answer within Monday to Friday, replies within 24 hours either way. If you do both, the application comes first and the call becomes the follow-up.
