Every commercial term on this site is written once, here, and read by every other page. If a price, a billing cadence or a roster number appears anywhere else, it came from this record — so it cannot quietly disagree with what you are told on a call.

The terms behind those numbers
- Billing cadence
- Billed every 4 weeks, so 13 payments across a year, not 12
- Response time
- Monday to Friday, replies within 24 hours
- Roster limit
- Capped at 15 1:1 athletes (Elite at 4). Spot count last audited 2026-08-28.
- Application review
- A written decision within 1 business day of applying, including when the answer is no.
- Cancellation
- Coaching: email breno@brenoamelo.com before the next cycle renews. Apex: one click in the app, access runs to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds
- Apex carries a 30-day refund window. Coaching is not refunded retroactively for weeks already coached — you cancel forward, not backward.

Why is a 4-week price not a monthly price?
Coaching bills on a rolling 4-week cycle, which is 13 payments in a 365-day year rather than 12. Every annual figure quoted on this site multiplies the 4-week price by 13, so the number you see is the number you pay.
How do I cancel?
Coaching cancels by email to breno@brenoamelo.com before your next 4-week cycle renews — no notice period, no exit fee. Apex cancels in one click inside the app and keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Is there a waiting list?
The 1:1 roster is capped at 15 athletes so every file gets read. When it is full, applications join a waiting list in the order received, and I say so rather than taking the money.
What does Apex cost after the trial?
$9.99 per month or $79.99 per year after a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start, and there is a 30-day refund window.
