Questions, answered.
What is the difference between a training plan, Apex and 1:1 coaching?
A self-guided training plan is a fixed block you follow independently, without ongoing personal review. Apex adapts a software plan around your schedule and feedback. In 1:1 coaching, I write your personal plan, review your training weekly and adjust it with you. Choose a fixed plan for independent training, Apex for software adaptation, or 1:1 coaching for my personal involvement.
What is the difference between Essential, Performance and Elite?
All three include a personal training plan and a weekly review. Essential uses email with replies within one business day and no scheduled calls. Performance adds weekday messaging within 24 hours and a monthly strategy call. Elite offers same-day messaging seven days a week and a weekly strategy call. Choose based on how often you want contact with me. Performance and Elite include TrainingPeaks Premium. Elite also includes four 60-minute in-person sessions total for local athletes.
Why 13 payments per year?
Four weeks is 28 days. Thirteen cycles cover 364 days. This is a four-week billing cycle, not a calendar-month subscription.
Does applying start a subscription?
No. I review your goal and availability before confirming coaching. No roster place is reserved until it is confirmed.
Who writes my training?
I write 1:1 coaching plans and the self-guided training blocks. Apex adapts a software training plan.
What if I need less support?
A self-guided plan starts at $45 one time. Apex is $4.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 14-day trial and no card required.
