How online running coaching works.

Coached from anywhere

Athletes in 9 time zones. Plans land in your calendar in your local time, every week.

Auto-syncs to Garmin/Coros/Apple

Workouts push to your watch. Data flows back automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual entry.

Same-day coach access

Text, voice notes, photos. Responses inside the day. Weekly Zoom check-in if you want one.

Built for runners who want more than an app.

  • Plan rebuilt every 4 weeks from your real data — not a static template.
  • Same coach for the whole journey — base block, race build, taper, race day.
  • Daily messaging — your coach sees the run the moment it ends.
  • Race plan locked in by week 16: pacing, fueling, weather contingencies.
  • Free, unlimited replans when life moves your sessions.

Breno took me from a 5K runner to a full Ironman finisher. 5K 16:57, 70.3 in 4:30, and my first full at IRONMAN Arizona in 9:35 at age 39. The plans fit around clinic, the lab, and three kids — nothing was wasted.

Two years with Breno: 26 minutes off my 70.3 and a sub-11 full Ironman. The progression was patient and the workouts were the right ones at the right time.

I finished D2R2 180k — 19 of the 20 climbs are genuinely steep — and I finished it better than I expected. Breno had me ready.

Unparalleled value. Breno builds a methodical plan that actually targets the weaknesses you'd rather not look at — that's why it works.

Running faster. Breno taught me how to actually run easy so I could race faster — and now I'm running both faster and further than I have in years.

Busy parent of three with a full-time job. The flexibility in how Breno builds the week is what makes this sustainable for me — the training fits the life, not the other way around.

Personalized, motivating sessions. Breno meets athletes wherever they are — beginner or experienced — and the work shows up on race day.

A comprehensive, easy-to-follow plan that works for people with busy lives. Nothing feels arbitrary — every session has a reason.

Evidence is graded, not blended. A verified result is a named athlete with a measurable outcome and an external result link. A named result has the outcome but no public link. An athlete comment is opinion with no measured outcome, and is shown at lower weight on purpose.

Online running coaching FAQ

Is online running coaching effective?

Yes — for most runners, more effective than once-a-week in-person. You get daily messaging, plans built around your real life, and a coach who sees every workout in real time. The only thing in-person adds is form correction, and we cover that with video review.

What do I need to start?

A GPS watch (any major brand) and a goal race or distance. We handle the rest. Plans auto-sync to your device the night before each session.

How much does online running coaching cost?

Three tiers: Aurora $250/mo (4-week structure), Phoenix $350/mo (most chosen — weekly check-ins), ThunderBird $750/mo (capped at 4 athletes, includes race-week support). Free 30-min discovery call to figure out which fits.

How is this different from a training app?

Apps give you a static plan and a stopwatch. A coach gives you a plan rebuilt every 4 weeks from your actual data, someone to text when life moves your long run, a race plan locked in by week 16, and accountability you don't get from a notification.

Do you coach beginners?

Yes. From 5K to first marathon. The Aurora tier and Couch-to-Boston series are built specifically for runners building from scratch — safely, slowly, sustainably.

Can you coach me in Spanish or Portuguese?

Yes — I coach fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Plans, check-ins, and Zoom calls can happen in any of the three.
