First triathlon coach — from zero to race day.

Your first triathlon shouldn't be guesswork. Online 1:1 coaching from your first pool length to your first race finish — equipment guidance, swim technique, transitions, race-week walkthrough included.

What the coaching looks like.

Swim from scratch

Pool drills, breathing, body position — built into the first 6 weeks. Zero to confident 750m, no panic.

Bike + brick basics

Position, cadence, gearing. Then we teach the brick — the run off the bike that defines triathlon.

Race week walkthrough

Transition setup, gear checklist, race-morning routine. We rehearse before race day so nothing feels new.

What you get.

  • Beginner-safe progression — no jumping into work you're not ready for.
  • Equipment guidance: what to buy, what to borrow, what to skip.
  • Pool sets calibrated to your current swim ability.
  • Race-day plan: pacing, transitions, fueling — rehearsed before race week.
  • Direct messaging access — same coach, every week.
Athletes

They put in the work.
Here's what came out.

Breno took me from a 5K runner to a full Ironman finisher. 5K 16:57, 70.3 in 4:30, and my first full at IRONMAN Arizona in 9:35 at age 39. The plans fit around clinic, the lab, and three kids — nothing was wasted.

Two years with Breno: 26 minutes off my 70.3 and a sub-11 full Ironman. The progression was patient and the workouts were the right ones at the right time.

Unparalleled value. Breno builds a methodical plan that actually targets the weaknesses you'd rather not look at — that's why it works.

I finished D2R2 180k — 19 of the 20 climbs are genuinely steep — and I finished it better than I expected. Breno had me ready.

Running faster. Breno taught me how to actually run easy so I could race faster — and now I'm running both faster and further than I have in years.

FAQ

I've never done a triathlon. Where do I start?

Pick a sprint distance race 12–16 weeks out. Get comfortable in the pool. The rest — bike, brick, transitions — we build from week 1. No prior triathlon experience needed.

Do I need a fancy bike?

No. A road bike, mountain bike, or even a hybrid works for your first sprint. Many first-timers borrow a bike for race day. We coach the engine first, the equipment second.

What if I can't swim?

We teach you. Pool drills, breathing, body position — built into the first 6 weeks. Most first-timers go from zero swimming to a confident 750m in a single build.

How much does first-tri coaching cost?

Aurora $250/mo is built exactly for this — full coaching at the entry price. Includes equipment guidance, race-week walkthrough, and race-day briefing.
