Half marathon coach — from first 13.1 to sub-1:30.

Online 1:1 half marathon coaching built around your race, your week, and your data. New runner, sub-2 chaser, or sub-1:30 athlete — same coach, three tiers.

What the coaching looks like.

Honest base block

We start where you actually are, not where Strava says you should be. Aerobic base first, then build.

Threshold that holds

Tempo and cruise intervals progressed off your current fitness. By race week you can hold goal pace, not just hit it.

Race plan locked

Pacing, fueling, weather contingencies — all decided by week 10. You execute, you don't improvise.

Athletes

They put in the work.
Here's what came out.

Breno took me from a 5K runner to a full Ironman finisher. 5K 16:57, 70.3 in 4:30, and my first full at IRONMAN Arizona in 9:35 at age 39. The plans fit around clinic, the lab, and three kids — nothing was wasted.

Two years with Breno: 26 minutes off my 70.3 and a sub-11 full Ironman. The progression was patient and the workouts were the right ones at the right time.

Unparalleled value. Breno builds a methodical plan that actually targets the weaknesses you'd rather not look at — that's why it works.

I finished D2R2 180k — 19 of the 20 climbs are genuinely steep — and I finished it better than I expected. Breno had me ready.

Running faster. Breno taught me how to actually run easy so I could race faster — and now I'm running both faster and further than I have in years.

FAQ

How long should I train for a half marathon?

12–16 weeks is the sweet spot for most runners. New runners need 16+; experienced runners coming off a base can do 10–12. We back-plan from your race date and protect the long-run progression.

What weekly mileage do I need?

30–45 mpw works for most age-groupers chasing a PR. Sub-1:30 athletes usually need 50+. We build mileage off your current base, not a textbook chart.

How is a coach better than a free plan?

A plan can't move Wednesday's tempo when you've slept 5 hours. A coach can — and rebuilds the week so the long run still lands. Same goal, smarter execution.

How much does half marathon coaching cost?

Three tiers: Aurora $250/mo, Phoenix $350/mo (most chosen), ThunderBird $750/mo (capped at 4 athletes). Free 30-minute call to figure out which fits.
