Cycling coaching for the ride you want to finish
I coach cyclists around their event, current riding and available training time. The plan connects repeatable endurance work, useful intensity and the fueling you can reproduce on a long ride. Indoor and outdoor sessions need a clear purpose. We review your response and keep the next week practical for your work and family calendar.
Do I need a power meter?
A power meter gives useful training data, but the plan still needs context and effort feedback. We discuss the equipment you use before choosing how to prescribe sessions.

How should I prepare for a charity ride?
Use the actual route, riding days and support arrangements. The Pan-Mass Challenge guide connects those decisions with endurance and fueling preparation.
Choose the feedback you will use.

Questions, answered.
What does coaching cost?
Essential is $250, Performance $350 and Elite $750 every four weeks. That is 13 payments per year. I cap the total roster at 15 athletes; Elite has a four-athlete cap. Availability is confirmed individually.
Who writes and reviews the plan?
I do. Your recent training, feedback and calendar shape the next block. Apex adapts a software plan and is a separate offer.
What should I bring to the first call?
Your target event, a recent representative result, the training you have actually completed and a typical work week. Tell me what you cannot move before we discuss what to add.
